Did anyone else order this set and receive it with chips in the color? My oval pasta pot had 2 small chips on both sides of the pot when received; the green color "spilled" over around the lip of the nonstick coating; and the inside bottom of the pot looked as though it had been used- with smudge marks! The rest of the set was ok so I inquired about just returning the pasta pot for a replacement. I was informed I would have to return the entire set as a separate pasta pot was unavailable for replacement. QVC customer service referred me to the manufacturer. They insist on returning the item for an inspection, and if deemed a manufacturing defect, would replace the item. If the item was unavailable, I would receive a similar item. ?????... This set, though on easy pay, was just shy of $200.00 and I think it's unacceptable! Why am I being inconvenienced to return an entire set for 1 item I want replaced QVC?? And, risk the chance of receiving another item poorly manufactured! Not to mention that 30 days have now lapsed from my date of receipt. I've ordered quite a bit of RR products from QVC and purchased quite a bit from the QVC outlet in my area, but I may need to take my business elsewhere as I find this service unacceptable.
