I saw this in the "as is" section and decided to take a chance.

Tonight I used it for the first time.  I made "oven baked" chicken.  This pan is terrific - the chicken was browned on all sides and moist.

I was impressed with the cleanup & I can use it as a larger baking pan or cake pan because its deep enough.

I received this pan for Christmas last year and I love it!  Although, after a few months, it became a bit harder to clean. I think my favorite use is for oven crisp bacon.  It comes out perfectly.

I have one and love it, use it mostly for roasted veggies.  When she was on last she had a larger version of the pan but it sold out and with the holidays I could not justify purchasing one now.  It is on my wish list for next year.
