I just had to shake my head when I saw this on the shelf. Ritz is making a coating mix for chicken, or what ever you like to use it on..  They are about 30 years too late. People have been doing this for years... and making your own is cheaper. oh well....just thought it was humorous.

I felt the same way when I saw a box of graham cracker crumbs.

@so so I enjoy taking all my aggressions out smashing the Ritz crackers with the bottom of a large heavy glass.  After, I add butter and lemon for white fish stuffing.

Me too, I use a meat pounder.


I've made the butter and Ritz cracker coating before but never thought to use it as a stuffing...sounds good.
