the serial number will be on the bottom of your keurig brewer. it will probably be a small white label with a bar code & under the bar code will be your serial #. it doesn't say serial #, but that's the serial #. if you still have the box, it will also be on the bottom of the box, the serial # usually starts off with (2) digits followed by a (.) period & then another set of digits & i think maybe another (.) period & then another set of digits. i hope this helped you out, & i hope you enjoy your keurig. i know i love mine.
