Questions about fiestaware colors...

I posted on another board about Fiestaware and it seems most people love it. I would like to start getting pieces here and there, but I'm curious about the colors. Are there any that are always available or are they always changing? Also, how often do new colors get released? Is that why do many people have so many colors as opposed to an entire collection of all one color? I love the idea of all the colors, I'm just wondering how often they change. Thanks so much for any input you might have!
