Questions about Kansas City Steaks

I bought these years ago and family didn't care for them. Been buying Omaha steaks since then. I saw KC sirloin steaks are the food of the month. Last time I thought about trying KC again, someone posted that their meat is injected or ? with some ingredient/additive that isn't healthy? Can anyone enlighten me on this? Thank you.
