Question on filet mignon medalllions......

I just received this package today - have never ordered them before. I am not a big eater plus I have been ill lately so thought these might be easy for me to fix once in a while.

What I would like to know, since there are 4 in each package, I will just want 2. Is there any way I can unthaw these to get out two without unthawing the other 2? Don't know quite know how to handle this. Thanks for any suggestions.
