Thanks everyone for helping out with the meat mystery. I'm going to ask at the meat counter at my grocery store if they can get a tri-tip for me. I'll invite my son over for dinner and he'll know if it's what he had. He said it was so good and very tender.

Maria - Thanks, I'll be watching for your answer. I hate that there's a really good cut of meat out there that I don't know about. We love "big meat" here, lol.
