Question for Ninja 3-n-1 Slow Cooking System users

I have been wanting one for some time and bought one today (got it at BB&B--was same price as the same one on Q, but I didn't have to pay $13.97 in S/H and used their 20% off coupon so saved $32!)

I can hardly wait to start using it and I was wondering if any of you have any advice and/or recipes you would care to share.
