I got my first Kitchen Aid the other day, the Artisian 5qt 325 watt, in fact the one that will be the TSV on Oct.30th. I used it for the first time on Friday. Made a english muffin bread dough, there is 3 cups of flour and you use the beater and beat for 1 min. I started slow and went up to 2. The head of the unit was moving and jumping a bit..not bad but don't know if that is normal. It also sounded draggy again don't know if that is normal. Called KA customer service and they made sure the level was correct for the beater. I made the bread again this morning and still doing it. Have any of you familiar with what it is doing and is it normal? Looks like on the Q it never moves or drags. KA said to call them again tomorrow and if need be will replace it. Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful, if normal I am good to go...Thanks
