I'm doing a turkey breast and prime rib for Christmas. My sister lent me her big Nesco to do one or the other in since I have a single oven. I'm doing a panko bread crumb/herb crust for the prime rib-or attempting too anyway-my question is which should I do in the Nesco, the turkey breast or the beef? I was wondering how the crust would do on the beef in the Nesco-not quite sure how the Nesco roasts with that top on-didn't know if it would be too moist. Forgive my ingnorance. Any advice welcomed!
