I know our cooks will have some input for my question about choosing a large lasagna pan. I want to prepare a deep dish lasagna for up to 12 guests. I have the Rachel Ray lasagna pan but think that it might not be deep or large enough. Do any of you have experience with preparing lasagna in a deep roaster (i.e. turkey/roast pan). I have a hard-anodized roaster but am not sure how I would increase my recipe and would the results be worthy of guests. What have some of you done in this case. I would love to buy a large Polish pottery roaster (I have many pieces and am comfortable baking with them) but not sure the one available here (H190404) is large enough for what I want to do. I am open to other pan suggestions too. TIA
