Question About HSN's SodaStream

I received mine, and think I will really enjoy it. It came with 3 large bottles, and 2 smaller bottles which are 1/2 of a liter.

Does anybody know how much syrup, and pumps to use/do for the smaller bottles? I've only tried the large at this point, because the instructions said what to do.
