Quality control issues - temptations? still waiting for resolution

these are pics - sorry don't know how to post them besides this way. they are definitely grazed and cracked...and in the garbage.
i know found 3 more cracks in the glaze on my newer set...
next step - return all of them to q and demand my $ back.
Back to Pyrex, fiesta or anchor hocking....
