The answer is NO, they do not listen to their customers... they sell, produce tv and ignore questions like where the seafood is from, where "imported" fashion is from, the clarity of the diamonds they sell.... customers ask and they simply ignore us so are we getting the message?? Either we buy or stop accepting substandard quality and condescending treatment. Too bad. I used to really believe in the integrity of this company.
