Have questions on a 13x9 pan.I never have used one,but is there much different in them and a 9x13.I have had recipes that call for a 13x9 pan,but just used a 9x13.I have looked for them but not able to find any.

Is this one of those trick questions, like "who's buried in Grant's tomb"?

Same thing. They just wrote it in a weird way -- it's normally called a 9x13 pan.

All you have to do is turn the 9x13 pan one quarter turn and you'll then have a 13x 9 pan. Easy peasy.

Only silly if you were wearing a clown suit when you typed it. Just a different way of saying the same thing. I have been going through some of my older cookbooks and recipes and have noticed they had odd ways of wording things, like measurements, ingredients pan sizes and the like.
