Hi Everyone,
I am making and transporting roasted sweet potatoes tomorrow, on Thanksgiving Day. However, is there anything I can do today to prep the potatoes to get that out of the way? For instance, can I peel and chop them today and store in fridge? Would they be okay simply covered in a bowl with plastic wrap? I know I will have some additional time later today and want to use my minutes wisely!
Any advice?
