Pressure cooker and bbq ribs

Hello,

I'm one of the many that want to use my new 6qt pressure cooker to make baby back ribs. I just want to make them with my own sauce.  If I read the directions right, I add 2 cups of water to the cooker.  Do I just cover the riibs in my bbq sauce and place the ribs in the water and then pressure cook according to the recommended time? Not quite sure what to do.  Thanks for any help.

Re: Pressure cooker and bbq ribs

Someone posted the instructions for ribs just a day or two ago.  Look under recipes.  It's here somewhere.

Re: Pressure cooker and bbq ribs

If you put the sauce in the PC, youll end up with red water.  Put the sauce on after they've cooked and broil a few minutes.

You're quite welcome.  Where do you live?  I'm in Rio Rancho.
