Pressure Cookers - is another brand better than the Cook's Essentials?

My sister and I are considering getting pressure cookers for our homes. We recently saw the C.E. 5 Qt on easy pay, but the reviews were hit and miss on whether it was worth it. If this isn't the best one to purchase, can any of you other pressure cooker users recommend a good, solid, reliable one? TIA!
