Pressure Cooker and Griddle Suggestions Please

I would love to start using a pressure cooker. Are the ones that can be used as a pressure cooker OR slow cooker worth it?

Also

Looking for a reasonably priced single burner or double burner, non stick, griddle for pancakes or french toast.
