I fried some potstickers but we thought they were to leathery. Has anyone steamed them? I need to know the best way to heat them as I still have a huge bag full.

I put then in a fry pan with water and some sesame oil, cover and cook through,
This has worked for me with q or TJ or Aldi's or Any pot stickers.

I made some last night in the air fryer; 275 degrees for about 12 minutes total, shaking them up 4x. I like a bit of brown and crunch on them. If you want to steam them, heat in the microwave.

I ordered the combo but I’m not sure how to prepare them. I really want to use the air fryer.

i cook mine for about one minute in the microwave.
i then transfer them to a hot pan with a bit of peanut oil and fry them until they brown some, turning frequently.

@Nicecupoftea Did you steam them first? Put a little water in the pot and cover. Then, when they are heated through, take off the top and let the water cook out and brown the one flat side. Works like a charm.
Or... you can microwave and then fry, but I like the first way best.
Edited to add..... I use a flat non stick pan.

This is how I prepare my potstickers:
Use a non stick flat pan. Put a little oil in it, after a minute, put the pot stickers in. Put a little water in (maybe 1/4 cup). Cover and cook until the water is almost evaporated. Then open the lid and cook until the bottom of the postickers are brown.
This method is basically half steam/half pan fry. And it is perfect every time!
