Could I just ask any of you was this order the advance order date of 9/13 as all week my order veggie combo showed processing arrival date 9/17 nothing came. Did a chat that is another story couldn't even find the order number and heard after a long chat will be receiving next week,hope FROZEN for sure
Did anyone have problem with receiving their POTSTICKERS for the delivery week of 9/13 or just me,sure can't blame UPS.

I also ordered the Veggie Combo potstickers for delivery week of 9/13. My order was due to arrive on 9/17, but as of today, it's still listed as "in process". Hopefully they'll actually arrive frozen when & if they do show up.

Thanks for taking the time to answer ,as I now see someone else that ordered veggie combo didn't receive theirs.Even the chat gave me no answer of why or when.
I think they could had let us know by changing the date of estimated delivery,or even an email, saying there is a delay in your shipment then I wouldn't had been watching for the UPS truck,as wanted to get them right into freezer as we are still warm .

I had the same experience! Called C/S for a refund, and since I'm on A/D (to be shipped on Dec 13th), I said I'd wait 'til then 'cause it'll be cold around here at that time.
I asked why this constantly happens: I'm afraid to order anything containing meat, fish, poultry 'cause it always arrives warm/unfrozen stating why can't they improve the shipping, i.e., either faster/better packing. The rep told me I should order so it's sent out at a different time - duh!
I was beginning to think this only happened to me. Now, readying this thread, I see it's many of us. Perhaps the PTB and/or vendor should work together to rectify the situation,

If they're supposed to be shipped and received frozen and are not, I'd ask for a refund and toss in the garbage. I wouldn't even try to use them. If you charged them on your credit card, you can dispute the charge and explain the problem. And, I certainly would not order them again.
