Post Funeral Meal Planning

A close family member passed away and I'm planning the post funeral meal for later this week. I would welcome suggestions for food that can be either prepared that morning and served later in the afternoon, or simple to prep items since I will be coming directly from the funeral.

At this early stage, I would guess there will be 30 people with 7 children.

No mayo based salads due to egg allergies though.
