I've never made one, but I found a great recipe on All Recipes that I want to try for Easter.

I have the Rachel Ray lasagne pan ( haven't used yet) - anyway, I'm wondering if I could make it in that. I don't have a real "roaster". I have one of those blue enamel roaster with the lid but not sure if that would work.

Any feedback on the lasagne pan or pork roasts in general would be appreciated. TIA
