Porcelain Lock & Lock delivery

I ordered the porcelain lock & lock and haven't received it yet. I went on to track it and saw where it had been sent UPS Basic Rural. I specifically asked at the time I ordered for it to be sent regular UPS. The lady assured me that it would be. Anybody else get theirs this way? The Post Office delivered one of my packages to the wrong place one time. I would rather pay extra than for it to have to go through them. Thanks for any replys. emawma
