@Nonametoday   One of my favorites to make in my PC is stewed chicken and fluffy steamed dumplings.  If I want a big batch of cooked chicken for casseroles or other dishes, it's so easy to just dump in a big bag of frozen chicken, set the time and walk away.

I should probably do that but there is something I enjoy about boiling chicken and doing my daily devotionals at that time.

@ECBG  My sister in law has a Hobart mixer she bought from a restaurant that was going out business. She can mix dough for 12 loaves of bread at one time! I love the idea of a VitaMix, but I don't need it. I did buy one for my son and DIL to make mixtures for my tube fed granddaughter Heart

When I was young and in food service, I recall making deviled eggs (the yolk part) in the Hobart. It was a big grey floor model. I loved that thing, especially the shape of the bowl and the way it fit onto the arms. I've had to settle for its domestic descendant, a KitchenAid lift mixer, but somehow it's not the same.
