I have a few pieces of Polish pottery that I've picked up over the years and absolutely love them!  They wear like iron and are very easy to take care of.  I especially like my 16 oz. bubble mugs that are perfect for my morning coffee.  I'd like to pick up a couple of extra pieces and was wondering if anyone had any experience with any of the online Polish pottery sites?  There are a couple of sites that appear to be manufacturers sites but they have a presence here in the US to serve the US customer.  Polish pottery is usually fairly expensive and these sites are selling pieces at great prices.  Does anyone have any experience with any of these sites?

I own a lot of P.P. and when I need a fill in piece I either buy from Amazon or Ebay.  No problems so far and it's always well packed.

Most recently I have been purchasing from Polish Pottery out of Tx, they have two web sites, one Polish Pottery and the other under Ceramika Artystyczna (usually has more discounts).  I have found they are very responsive whenever I have had a question and delivery takes no time for me considering I am in SC and they are in TX.  I have purchased from both sites.  I have also used A and Blue Rose Pottery in SC.  They are a couple of hours from me and to be honest while I visited the store once, they had no personality.  I was a little disappointed as my CA is almost an addiction.

Since you're posting in the Community on this site, I'm guessing you're already aware of this, but the Q sells Lidia Bastianich's collection of Polish pottery... Smiley Wink

Thanks for your reply!  The two sites you mentioned that are out of Texas appear to be manufacturers' sites and I was wondering how it was to order from them.  Their prices are really good!  I have been looking at Blue Rose as well, but the prices tend to be higher than the other two sites.  Knowing that you've ordered from these sites without any problems is very reassuring.  They have a great sale right now.

Yes, I am aware that the Q sells some Polish pottery but the selection is quite limited.  I am specifically looking for bubble mugs and chili bowls, neither of which the Q sells.  The Lidia's products look very nice, but just not what I'm looking for.

Lidia Bastianich had some stoneware at one time.  I believe the polish stoneware is a different lydia from Poland.  If you check out some info on her fb page she says her brother paints pieces.

@kitty60 - Ahhh, I think you are correct. I now vaguely recall seeing a presentation of the currently available stoneware last year, and the vendor was not Lidia Bastianich. Thanks.

These sites get confusing, although I said polish pottery the two I used that are connected they are Polmedia and CA. My charge slip said polish pottery but I checked the invocie and some are Polmedia other CA.  I find the CA site has sales often, Polmedia will offer additional discounts at different times.  You can flip between the two sites for the best price as they sometime have the same piece on both sites!

I miss Gloria, when we would head to New England I would always stop at her warehouse in CT.    Her shipments always included great personal notes.

I really need an addition to my kitchen, dining room and every other room to accomodate additional pieces.

My Marshalls and TJ Maxx often have pieces.
