It's so unnecessary - audio technology is pretty good these days.  Nobody ever trained her....obviously

I guess she thinks she has to talk loudly since she's working remotely.  Maybe the acoustics in her home aren't as good as those at QVC Park.

@Secretariat1  It's part of her persona! It appears by your status, you've been around QVC long enough to know this. We love Chris! Whenever she comes on, everyone in the house shouts "LockNLock!"

She's such a happy ,joyess person, I don't care how loud she talks. Use the mute or lower the sound. She always makes me happy, that she's so happy. Bless her.

I love Chris and I think her exuberance and voice level is a genuine show of her emotions about her job and her product. I really believe that she is as excited about the product as she portrays. I know I am that excited about her products!

LOL, when she or David are on I lower the volume a lot!!  And my hearing isn't even that great.

Chris is great. She knows her product and is very helpful to customers on Instagram. She is a happy cheerful person. What's loud to one is not necessarily to another. Volume control comes in handy.
