this recipe is screaming with flavor. Outside of the spices listed, and the Cajun seasoning, I added no salt. All the salt and flavor came from the ham hock, or in my case smoked turkey
and the Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning. We are still eating it. This will be the 3rd night, and we are looking forward to eating it.
