Re: Please help! Need new baking sheets

I don't use my Doughmakers pans; cleaning is difficult. Burning food is easy. Do not recommend.

USA Pans are great, with reservation.  I have all sizes of USA Pans bakeware, sheet pans, loaf, pie, cake, etc.  Yes, I love them, but: 1. They have to be watched because they get hotter, cannot use the broiler, need to bake things for less time. And 2. They retain odors, cannot use the same pan for cakes and roasting cauliflower.

I highly recommend, but not to use for everything.  I have heavy duty baking sheets that I cover with parchment now to roast my veggies and seasoned meats, etc.  I got baking sheets at Amazon with matching grids for elevating some things.  I can look these up if anyone is interested.  Also Walmart has high quality baking sheets, just look carefully because they also sell the lightweight ones that warp.

I have the baking pans from Calphalon. I love them. I always use parchment or a Silpat, so no scrubbing.

USA Pan, hands down.

Over the years, I think I've used every brand made. Now all my bakeware is either Williams-Sonoma Goldtouch or the Platinum Professional line from Sur La Table. Both are made by USA Pan. They are excellent quality, clean up easily, and never warp in a hot oven. Never had any problem with either one. I've used them lined with Silpat mats, parchment paper, and nothing at all.

USA Pan rates very well in tests by America's Test Kitchen, too.

If you have a Costco in your area pay them a visit they have the best baking sheets in the world they are heavy, don't warp and clean up beautifully.
