Re: Pioneer woman measuring cup

@SharkE - I have seen LOTS of new baking dishes, gadgets, and goodies from the Pioneer Woman popping up at Walmart lately, so of course I thought of you . . . but I'm well aware that you're out of space at the moment.  Smiley Happy   Hope you find some fun things!

Re: Pioneer woman measuring cup

@SharkE  Thanks for the heads-up! I love it! My DD is a PW fan, and I just returned from her house, where I was appalled to find she had only one liquid measure! Going to look for this tomorrow!

I love the measuring cup!!! .... a bit off topic but I have a question ....can you use the same measuring cup for both dry and liquid ingredients? .... I have always used the same cup but just wonder if there is a difference as far as the measurements are concerned ... THANKS!!!

Re: Pioneer woman measuring cup

Why would an EXPERT baker ever go for a 2 cup?    Doesn't she level her 1 cup of flour off with the back of a knife?

Can't even do it for a 2 "cupper" with this.

Strange...............

@fthunt  The picture is of a liquid measure, not a dry measure. That being said, I do have a 1 1/2 cup dry measure.

Thought of that after I posted.........I usually use 'level off"  cups for everything.

I do, use mostly retro aluminum 1 cup measures that I got from ETSY hard to find  those aluminum ones. I knew better then to put in dishwasher , but, did anyway and now they're turning black can't see the numbers any more. LOL

Been cooking so long don't really need exact measurements I can pour out a cup of milk without measuring it. Comes with old age I guess.

she makes pretty stuff, but, a 2 cup glass is a biggie. Wonder why she don't make a 1 cup ?

It is interesting to see the side spouts.  Since it is for liquids, that should be handy.

Re: Pioneer woman measuring cup

In the Fall season it seems PW display is moved to front & center of our WM.

Yesterday, since the store is being remodeled (all home things moved to front) there is a nice big display of her things & Better Homes & Garden for baking, decor, etc.

The BHG things are nice and well priced.  I browsed the section & came across some "clearance".

I love PW brightly colored items💐
