As far as microwavable dishes the best ones I have are original CorningWare.  I can put the heavy glass covers that they come with on top nothing splatters out and I doubt there is anything you could do to make one crack under heat.

Yeah, I like them and Corelle, also. 

Light wgt and dishwasher and microwave safe.

Has to be able to withstand everything in my house. LOL

I looked and liked some of the white dinnerware.

 

I'm not fond of fifties inspired items.

I have some of her drinking glasses.  I love them cause they aren't thin glass.

I just bought her new Fall pattern 10" dinner plates and 8" salad plates.  I really love the pattern, looking forward to additional pieces.

Did you know she now has bedding items? I just found this out and some items look like the pattern of her dishes
