Can you put her stoneware items in the microwave? It says "dishwasher safe", but, what about the microwave.

I bought her 4 cup measuring cup today at walmart , so pretty.

Gonna use it, though, for pancake batter. Love the spout.

I have put stoneware pieces, plates and bowls, in the microwave with no bad results. They have not cracked or lost their glaze, etc. I do not own Pioneer Woman pieces in particular, so I can’t vouch for their microwave integrity, but stoneware is compatible with microwave use, in my experience.

Love her colorful patterns. Dishtowels, rugs, place mats, etc.

Walmart website says this about the stoneware dishes

Dress up your table in casual elegance with the Pioneer Woman Cowgirl Lace 12-Piece Dinnerware Set. This beautiful set is composed of durable stoneware that is dishwasher- and microwave-safe for convenient prep and cleanup.

Most stoneware is microwave safe, however it does get hotter than ceramic dishes do. I personally try and avoid putting my stoneware items in the microwave and instead use Corelle or my fine china since the dish doesn't get as hot.

I have her knives, they are outstanding.

She has some new designs, very retro, very pretty for her dishes, etc.

Re: Pioneer Woman

Just 2 of us, so, a 4 cup is plenty .  She calls it a measuring cup. I wanted it for the pour spout and the pretty ness of it. LOL   I renamed it pancake batter 'bowl' hahahahhaha

Love her flat ended spatula, also, to flip burgers, etc. Can't put in dishwasher though only bad thing. LOL

Yes I've seen the pioneer woman's items at Walmart. Very pretty, I love the patterns she has. Bought her salt and pepper shakers a few months back and I love them. They are clear glass with some etchings on them. Real old fashioned looking. And I almost forgot, I also have her mixing bowls. Love them too! Enjoy!!!
