Diners and Dives--yes they look like dives and to me the host looks grubby too. . . just my take on it.  And it is the same greasy, fatty, bad looking food from place to place.

I had one of those blue goose kitchens!  I so loved it at the time, now when I think back I say, "Yikes!"

I loved mine too and even had a Goose wall switch!  Out of all of it, I kept a sun catcher Goose that I have hanging on my kitchen window as we speak!   ....  It has sentimental value but really.... what were we thinking? LOL!

It's not a retreat or guest ranch. It's for all the customers that visit her huge mercantile store she restored in her town. Customers can drive to her "lodge" where she films her show and walk through and look and leave. No one stays.

Oh, I love Guy and Diners, DriveIns and Dives...love watching him visit all the small town eateries!  We even saw some places on his show that we've been to when we visit our son out in Cincinnati!  I bet the show has really helped some places get some recognition and increased their business.

I like Ree and her family shows, but I think you can be spread too thin.  I don't understand how she home schools those kids w/all the other stuff she has going on.  Just hope it doesn't all fall w/a big thud one day.
