Pioneer Woman Product Line - do you own any?

I purchased one vintage inspired tablecloth, and I'm happy with it.

The bold colors and patterns work well with the neutral items I already own.

I can't imagine owning more than a couple of her items - seems like the colors and patterns are a bit over-the-top.

I'm willing to be convinced otherwise. I'd like to hear what the rest of you might have purchased and how you use the items together.

@house_cat

I love all her bright colored pieces. I just don't have the room for anymore entertaining or kitchen items.

I gifted her covered cake dish to my bff when the line first came out at WM.

Hadnt seen it in awhile but noticed last week it's front & center with all the beautiful fall items they have!

Her things are very cheery and probably fun to display and use but I already committed to polish pottery.That polish pottery is expensive so I will continue to use it.

DH brought that table cloth home and I asked him to please take it back.  He thought it was pretty but unfortunately I didn't and it would  not go with anything in my kitchen.

He did buy me the rooster paper towel holder instead and I love it.  Pioneer Woman is not my thing but a lot of people love it.

Hi @house_cat, and everyone else. I do not own any Pioneer Woman items. I looked at my local Walmart when they first brought her things in and was not impressed. I have not paid any attention since then, so they may be better/different now. The tablecloth is pretty but does not fit in with anything else in my kitchen/dining room. Nice to post with you again.

Re: Pioneer Woman Product Line - do you own any?

This is the first time I have ever seen any of her products. No, I don't live under a rock, my husband does all of the grocery shopping as I am disabled.  I like the colors in the tablecloth, but can see where they would not be everyone's cup of tea.  Looks like one would have to start out with those colors and build your dining area around it.  As for the Pioneer Woman, she just isn't my cup of tea.  Perhaps it is just my ears, but I cannot stand to hear her voice.  She is one of many women who are wonderful  home cooks.  I enjoy watching her program sometimes when my ears can take it.  I just don't get an opportunity to cook like she does anymore.  My family consists of hubby and me and we don't cook as we always end up with too much.  I'm used to cooking for a family of 5 or more.  And, I am forever forgetting about leftovers.  Just don't like to waste.

Re: Pioneer Woman Product Line - do you own any?

I just bought the small measuring cups shown here, just because they were adorable, particularly the white cup with the posies that can barely be seen.  I will go back for this measuring pitcher soon:

I don't recommend ordering anything online because the quality is really hit or miss.  I made that mistake.  Have a look at what is sold in your local store if possible.

I bought my mom this pitcher from the new fall collection, because it matches her kitchen and I think she'll find it useful:

I do not recommend this original measuring pitcher, below, because things don't pour as smoothly due to the shorter spout.  The size and cuteness make it fun and handy for making scrambled eggs and pancake batter, etc., but I will upgrade to the pitcher at the top because of the better/longer pour spout.  Mom's fall version has been tested, and I can confirm that the new ones with longer spouts definitely pour better.

I also have the butter dish.  My older butter dish broke about the time these first came out.  I think it's really cute.

That's it.  I don't think I want any more pieces.  I think they're really fun and some are cute, but I don't want to overdo it.

Re: Pioneer Woman Product Line - do you own any?

I was in search of any tile or stoneware coaster set w/ the cork backing to replace some of my old favorites that were lost to breakage. I am a little OCD about using coasters and protecting my tables! lol

I saw these online and picked them up at a Walmart. They match nothing that i have! But they are a real day-brightener and i like them! They are glazed, however, so do not absorb condensation off your glass. We don't ever seem to have a problem with that, though. Enjoy your tablecloth!

@Texussgal

I understand about the tablecloth colors. I purchased it for my Easter table, and haven't used it since, but it looked beautiful that day.

Does the tablecloth come in other sizes/shapes than round only?  It would look perfect with my mixed colored FiestaWare!
