Ordered something today from the . . Mart website and noticed a Pioneer Woman Instant Pot.  It's really gorgeous.  Too bad I already have one.

@sueeich, I just saw it this morning.  While I had not given serious thought to an IP, I may just pick that one up.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

I really like mine.  I haven't been cooking whole meals in it, but it is very helpful to me for things like rice (I could never cook rice decently on the stovetop.) and it's also wonderful for making mashed potatoes.  Cuts way down on the potato mess.  I also have a recipe for an awesome broccoli cheese soup that tastes just like Panera's and doesn't use Velvetta!  I think the Pioneer Woman's patterns are so cheerful!

I have looked at her products online and think they are so pretty.  Wish she would do items in purple.

The recipe can be found at 365daysofcrockpot.com and just search for Instant Pot Broccoli Cheddar Soup.  She's got a nice printable there that you can print for your own recipe book.

There are actually two choices.  The turquoise floral and there's also a purple floral as well in the Instant Pot.

I love Pioneer Woman...use to watch her prepare delicious meals on open fire...I love her 16 minute recipes...I am going to make her smashed hot potatoes this weekend.  She would be a good brand for the Q especially her cookbook!

So pretty!  $99 for no yogurt function. But sure is cheery!

Though...it kinda makes me pause when a reliable, rock solid

kitchen appliance (Vitamix/Instant Pot) begins to make different

colors. No science behind this but...seems the quality goes down

after they exhaust all color choices.  Wonder if it’s an out-sourced

Instant Pot?

On the other hand, the KitchenAid mixer of many colors,

has been wildly successful for many years, so....
