Pink slime in Steak Burgers ?

Does anyone know if KC steak burgers contain Pink Slime? I was cooking them out on the elect grill and pink gel started bubbling up from the up side of the burgers. When cooked in the skillet on the stove the gel is more gray color as it cooks.
