Perfectly Cooked Chicken Breast

Put 2 Tablespoons of salt in 6 cups of cold water in a Dutch Oven. Put in 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts ( each 8 oz or less and no thicker than 1 inch). Heat pot over medium heat until water reaches 170*. Turn off heat, cover pot, take off burner. Let stand until chicken reaches 165* about 15 to 17 minutes.
