I received my CE Perfect Cooker in blue a few minutes ago. It came in perfect condition with all accessories. The insert was also free of flaws. I will clean it and use tomorrow. I may make the cheesecake first and then rice. My decal around the cook buttons also was intact and not bubbled. I was happy with the size and look of it also.

I received mine in perfect condition, washed it and cooked in it last night. I bought it because our climate is moderate and no one has air conditioning so on warm days I do not want to heat up the kitchen with the stove. I cooked green beans and onions in Chardonnay and it did a good  job not generating heat in the kitchen but was very slow. I was not in a hurry so that was not a problem but I will need to plan accordingly. I think it will be just fine for cooking small amounts of food.

My Perfect Cooker arrived yesterday and didn't include the finger potholders or the measuring cup.  I guess I can live without both.

@Kachina624 Look over everything in the box it came in. I found mine wedged in and I thought they weren't there either. I hope you find them. The cup you can replace with a regular measuring cup but the finger grips are neat. If you don't find them let CS at QVC know and they will take something off your bill so you don't have to return it. I received the Chop and Pull and didn't get the second container and they took $5.00 off as I wasn't going to send it back.

i made the rice in the Perfect Cooker and it was perfect. I made the cheesecake today and it took 50 minutes not 30 minutes as the booklet stated. It is in the refrigerator chilling for two hours. I think we will need to adjust the time but that doesn't discourage me as I am retired and have the time.

Ok, so maybe I missed something.

Something didn't look right about that little measuring cup that comes with the Perfect Cooker.

So I just compared it to one of my regular measuring cups. It measures 1/2 cup right to the tippy top.

What's with the measurements on the side?

Mmmmmmmmmmm..............................

The cups all seem different..MOST of mine are a "regular" 3/4 cup when full....( the WP and skinny mini).. But the perfect cooker measuring cup is noticeably smaller...That's ok, Imjust use my regular kitchen measuring cups...

@Mothertrucker

Yep, me too.

Seems silly to send a measuring cup with the wrong measurements on it though.

I thought maybe I was reading something wrong.

LOL I can top that ....I bought one of those "eggspress egg cookers"...I love it, but noticed that the measuring cup had a small leak...so the company sent me a new cup...They are TOTALLY different shapes and sizes and the measurements are totally different..one just has a line for SOFT, MEDIUM and HARD..the other has how many eggs, and then the SOFT MED or HARD...for soft boiled one uses almost twice as much water as the other....

How can that BE? Since it senses "doneness" by whether or not the water has evaporated?

@MKR14  Thanks, I found it with the cord.  Everything was black so I couldn't see it.  So what's everyone thinking of making in it tonight?  I'm thinking omelet with ham.
