It might be different from state to state, but this area of PA the stores seemed to be well-stocked.  No signs of shortages.

@smb3  I don't know what part of PA you're in but my area of PA (Bucks Co.) has fully stocked shelves.  I have not seen bare shelves but it could be coming!

Actually, why wouldn't we be hoarding groceries or whatever is either hard to find or escalating in price due to the foolishness of inflation due to supply-chain problems set in place by many poor policies! When govt continues to pay people not to work, even after abundant vaccine accessibility, we do not have people working to move goods!  Same kind of govt foolishness for inflation and gas rationing back in the 70's when we had guidelines about what day we were allowed to buy gas.

I hear from someone in the trucking industry that another problem is shortage of parts to repair the big trucks. which has forced some of them out of service for longer times.

@novamc1   When manufacturers move business to China due to cheap labor, it comes back to bite. Then ships are waiting for shippng crates to be unloaded but those specialized employees are lacking since people continued to be paid by govt. not to work...and here we are!
