Any suggestions on what to do with it?

there is a link on the email that says "print coupon."

very good mixed with some oil and makes a great dressing on nutty berry salads.

probably also good for a marinade for chicken.....the raspberry enlightenment, some oil, maybe some other spices, onion, and garlic.

It's over half way down the page. We don't have a store here so always have to order online.

At least they let you show them the coupon from your phone.

We have made this recipe using that. It's really good.

• 3 lb. pork loin roast
• 1/4 Cup honey
• 1/4 Cup soy sauce
• 1/4 Cup RASPBERRY ENLIGHTENMENT
• 2 TB. red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp. REGULAR MUSTARD POWDER
• 1 TB. CRACKED ROSEMARY
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1-2 TB. hot sauce (optional)

Whisk together all of the ingredients until well blended. Add the roast or meat of your choice and marinate for at least 2 hours, turning the meat at least once. Discard the marinade and place the meat on the grill. For pork loin, grill over indirect heat for 20-25 minutes per pound, until the internal temperature reads 165°. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Prep. time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 60-75 minutes
