@Sammijo10 I am with you, but am starting to think I don't want to deal with any of this family.  I was very offended by some of the things the owner of Penzen's sent out. That has no place in a business, no matter what side one is on.

Actually the Spice House & Penzey owners are brother and sister. 

 

Patty Erd & her husband took over her father's Bill Penzey, Sr., business (The Spice House) in 1992.  It was originally established in 1957. 

 

Brother Bill Penzey, Jr., started his namesake business Penzey's in 1986.

 

I didn't even know about the older Spice House business until Penzey's got political 3 years ago, and then I saw/read several articles about both sibling's business.
