Penzey's

We just got a Penzey's store in our area. A friend of mine and I are going to take a field trip there in a few weeks. Keeping in mind that I'm not a big cook, does anyone have suggestions for fun, easy things to try on things like chicken, pasta, vegetables? Thanks!

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
