@qualityshopper - I'm pretty sure you'll never look back! I should also have mentioned that the baby/new potatoes are also creamier in texture than regular potatoes; if you even mash them a tiny bit, they're delightful. Smiley Happy

Ive always hated peeling potatoes but ususally did.  Now days with my arthritic hands I dont peel anymore, even for potato salad.
