I stock up at Costco each year.  At my Costco they only seem to carry it during the holidays.

I always have one or two rolls of Reynolds brand on hand, as well as some of the pre-cut sheets (fit my large baking sheets - 18x13 I believe) and some of the pre-cut 10" rounds that I got either from KA or Amazon.

i get all the pre-cut ones flat with cardboard backing, so they are easy to just slide into this one narrow, tall cabinet I have.  None of mine have ever been folded.

If your grocer still uses brown paper bags, you can cut them as you please, wipe them down with a little bit of oi ahead of time and make sure they are not greasy but just the tiniest bit oily and it works the same.  Dry cleaning bags used to be similar to brown grodery bags but of not quite as thick and they were more plable.  We cut them to fit the pans, slighty, lightly put oil on them with our hands, dusted lightly with flour and set aside in the pie safe or refrigerator.  We started doing this around Hallowe'en so we would have enough.  My mother also sold Christmas cakes that she baked in the restauant so we had a big need for lots of paper.  Never greased or flour-dusted a pan until I married and I baked so little for a few years I just used the conventional method of greasing and dustying.

Agreed. I use it to line my baking sheet for my sugared pecans every single time - easy cleanup, there is none!! A roll last me quite sometime...

I bought some pre-cut folded parchment at Kitchen Collection in our local mall. I love it for large cookie sheets.

LOVE parchment paper!  I also "discovered" it recently, about a year ago.  When I have Sunday brunches, and I want to cook an entire package of bacon, I line a cooking sheet with parchment paper and lay all the bacon flat.  Turn over half-way through, no sticking, and perfectly crisp bacon in no time.  Affter I remove the bacon onto paper towels, I let the gease get cold on the parchment paper.  That way, 95% of it gets easily removed in the parchment paper, making cleanup a breeze.

Precuts have never been rolled up, so they never will curl.   20+ years ago decorator bags were just giant triangles of parchment paper that you rolled into cones.    Now it's all plastic or reusable ones.  I haven't seen those forever.

CS...   Ina Garten also suggest cooking bacon in the oven.  What temp do you use?   I'm going to try it this weekend.  Thanks.

@nana59  Believe it or not, I got my folded cookie sheet sized ones at Walmart.  They are beside the rolled PP on the bottom shelf in our WM.
