Hi Txblond,

Here is a short recipe from the book for the TC..

Barbeque Spareribs

2 lbs pork spareribs cut into serving size pieces

1 Onion Sliced

2 Cloves garlic, chopped

1 Cup Barbeque Sauce

1/4 cup water

Plave ribs, onion, and garlic in Tender Cooker. Combine sauce and water and pour over ribs.

Cover and add pressure regulator weight. Microwave on high for 20 minutes

Allow pressure indicating stem to drop.

Remove Red Pressure Regulator Weight and uncover.

4 Servings

A 400-500 watt oven requires extended cooking time of approximately 5 minutes.

NOTE: Country Style Ribs may be substituted for this recipe. Cooking time must be extended to 25 minutes in a 600-700 watt oven and 30 minutes in a 400-500 watt oven.

My comment..

notice the relatively LOW wattage indicated here as they are using a 600-700 watt oven as a standard and many ovens today are over 1000 watts so the timing may need to be shortened further and those with ovens over 1150 watts will shorten the time yet further.
