I sure hope you see this and reply. I saw you responded to a "hint" thread and for the life of me I can't find it. Do you really cook your turkey on Wednesday and reheat it on T-Day with a little stock added? Any difference in the taste -- does it get dry?
I was going to do the grocery store Thanksgiving, but after asking for opinions here, decided against it. Might be a wise decision. There's few of us in my family, but I get so darned stressed out just thinking about holiday cooking. Bought a boned turkey breast, and might buy one of those Perdue Oven Stuffers (the biggest one I can find) for anyone who wants dark meat.
O/T -- I don't come here every day, but am happy to see you're back. Looked at some of the recipes you've recently posted and just want to say thank you. They are so yummy looking and easy to prepare. Happy Thanksgiving!!!
