I was fooled by packaging. I bought some pasta specifically because it boasted it was spinach pasta. Silly me for not reading before I bought it but it was actually only 10 percent spinach. What a lousy scam. I wonder how much cauliflower was actually in this pizza crust the OP is talking about??

I looked for caulflower pizza crusts at Costco the other day and didn't find any at "our" warehouse.  Maybe I misunderstood a prior post here, thinking they sold crusts for make your own pizza.  I looked for them in the freezer section. They had a couple of premade frozen pizza options with cauliflower crusts and they were lousy options, IMO.  Definitely NOT low carb.

I love them. I am vegan and also can't eat gluten and pizza crusts contain gluten. This one is vegan and gluten free! think many would never know it is made from cauliflower. I hope everyone tries it.

I should have added not made with cauliflower made with cream cheese and 

other ingredients most people have already.
