PA. Dutch Wet Bottom Chocolate Shoo-Fly Pie

I was reading on a site about a Wet Bottom Chocolate Shoo-Fly Pie. It looks like a chocolate cake baked in a pie crust. When it comes out of the oven it is like a Molten Lava cake. Then it is toppped with a Whoopie Pie filling. They say this pie is quite popular in the PA Dutch area. Any ideas about a recipe for this. I don't think it is like a Funny Cake they make there.
