I got heavy on the spice and it's HOT...what can I do?
I added extra tomato sauce,(big can) and 2 more cans of beans..and its still HOT...
HELP....I LOVE hot stuff, but this is tooooo HOT for me...and dare not give it to my family until its calmed down...
